• You should have minimum 3 years experience in web designing
• Should be well versed & experience in online advertising (banners, newsletters,etc)
• Very good visualization and typography is a MUST
• Should be familiar and experienced in designing tools (Fireworks, Dreamweaver, paintshop,etc)
